Ab Workout in Morning Rest of workout later in the day?

So I do my ab workout when I wake up and then do the rest of my workout later in the day. Are there any drawbacks to separating the workouts, or should I work my abs out twice, or just cut the morning work out all together?

    its good to rest your muscles though….do lots of cardio as well if you want to lose weight

    If you want to grow your abs you have to rest them before working them again.
